1. General rule
Use Connect lawfully and do not interfere with other users, networks or services.

2. Prohibited conduct
Do not use Connect for attacks, unauthorised access, malware, spam, unlawful content, infringement, child exploitation, threats or other unlawful activity.

3. Infrastructure
Do not deliberately overload the coordinator, update API or website, bypass rate limits, or use infrastructure as a general proxy or storage service unless that capability is expressly provided.

4. Enforcement
Infrastructure access may be limited where there is a reasonable indication of abuse, in a proportionate manner and as permitted by law.
