Connect targets 64-bit Windows. The interface uses Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, which is already present on most current Windows systems.
The platform baseline is known. Exact CPU, memory, resolution and FPS limits are published only after real-hardware validation instead of guessed numbers.

Working input/output devices and a stable network are required. A fixed CPU/RAM minimum will be published after a dedicated low-end hardware test matrix.
Higher resolution and FPS require more encoder, GPU/CPU and upload headroom. A mode being present in the UI is not a promise that every system can sustain it.
Minimum and recommended tiers are set after runs on low-end, mid-range and modern hardware: voice, 720p/1080p, 1080p60, 1440p and 4K while measuring CPU/GPU, memory, dropped frames and stability.
Connect uses a direct connection. Strict NAT, a VPN or firewall rules can prevent it from being established; the session or individual features may then be unavailable.
Connect uses devices exposed by Windows. Available camera and capture modes depend on the device, driver, USB interface and encoder capabilities.
