I consent to the Lyzard Connect product rightsholder operating under the Lyzard Works brand processing the personal data I submit through the support form. Legal-notice address: to be published before public personal-data collection begins. Contact: privacy@lyzardworks.com.
2. Purpose
To receive and handle my request, reply where contact details are provided, protect the form from abuse and associate the request with a Connect version where relevant.
3. Data
Data may include email if provided, request type, Connect version, message text, submission date and time, anti-abuse technical data and the version of this Consent.
4. Operations and retention
Processing may include collection, storage, use, correction, restriction, deletion and destruction as needed for the request. Retention is until the purpose is achieved or up to 180 days unless law or dispute handling requires longer.
5. Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn through privacy@lyzardworks.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed or processing that continues on another lawful basis.
