VPN, firewall and strict NAT

These restrictions can prevent a direct connection.

Connect does not use a fallback relay, so network policy directly affects whether a session can be established.

What to check
  • Temporarily disable the VPN and retry.
  • Allow Connect through Windows Firewall.
  • Check whether the network blocks UDP/P2P traffic.
  • If possible, test through another network or a mobile hotspot.
