Where to find Connect logs

The log folder can be opened from the About section.

Logs are useful when normal troubleshooting steps are not enough.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Open About.

  3. Select Show log folder.

  4. Before sending logs to support, check that they do not contain information you do not want to share.
