Connect uses the input and output devices exposed by Windows.
Step by step
Open Settings.
Open Audio.
Choose the microphone.
Choose the output device.
Adjust microphone sensitivity if needed.

Choose a microphone and speaker
Audio devices are selected in Settings → Audio.
